The Compositing Supervisor leads the Compositing team by ensuring overall treatment of each episode is achieved and consistent throughout the show. Checks and approves the quality of work of a compositor.
• Creates templates of the compositing treatment for specific scenes for the compositors
• Reviews all the materials in preparation for the planning and approach of each episode’s compositing requirement.
• Ensures that each scene and the entire episode complies with the required compositing quality of the show
• Acts as a mentor to encourage and to develop the skills of the compositors.
• Give feedback to each artist about their performance.
• Work closely with the directors to ensure and keep the animation standards.
• Performs other tasks related to the job as assigned.
